We operate our website www.schallerlaw.it (hereinafter the “Website”) in accordance with the applicable legal provisions governing the protection of personal data, in particular those of the EU-General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and of the Italian Data Protection Law, legislative decree No. 196/2003 („DPL“).
The subject matter of data protection are personal data.
